We know how difficult it is to fit work and all daily tasks. It was with this in mind that we decided to offer evening and weekend appointments. Appointments are subject to availability. Please contact us to make an appointment.

Postal applications also available

For your commodity, we also offer appointments by telephone or skype and postal services. Send your documents to us by post and we will take care of the rest. We will send you a list of the required documents for a successful application and when we receive your documents, we will work on your case.

We are registered by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC). We are authorised to provide immigration advice and services at Level 1 in the categories of Asylum & Protection and Immigration. Our registration number is F201601018. It is important that clients are able to take informed decisions about both the immigration services they need and the selection of an adviser. Visto à Vista will take great care with the description of the advice and services it offers. We will not offer a service for which we are not authorised by the OISC to provide.

Patricia Pepper is an experienced translator. She has completed a Masters degree in Bilingual Translation (Portuguese and English combination) at the University of Westminster and is also a full member of the Chartered Institute of Linguists (MCIL). Details of her registration can be found here:

Patricia Pepper was very privileged to have had the opportunity to work in the field for almost ten years, from an immigration caseworker at the heart of the Home Office where she acquired invaluable experience dealing with a wide range of applications to, more recently, an Immigration Officer at Heathrow airport. Being a linguist, she was also able to dedicate herself to translating documents and with her previous experience in mind, Visto à Vista was created so that the translation business was expanded into her interest in immigration. In so doing, she would then combine all of her skills, knowledge and expertise as a viable, useful and satisfying business.
